    Disappointing.
    I waited so long for this to arrive only for it to not work.
    I’m not sure if it’s just this one, but I charged it for 3.5 hours when it arrived (in laptop, not wall port- like it states online)
    It went from red to green. It’s fully charged.

    But it doesn’t turn on. It lights up when it’s charging but when I try to use it- not a chance.

    I’ve spent hours trying to get this dang thing to work.
    I’ve continued to charge, check and cleaned the connections and have even prayed to whichever god be listening… lol… nothing.

    I couldn’t be happier with this company. I had a deadline to receive my order by and they met it! I was thrilled. I love the quality and quantities of these products. I really hope you guys will be able to stick around when the laws change here. I tell everyone about you. Keep up the great work.
