    Clogged Pen

    My pen clogged shortly after I bought it and now it will not draw at all. I have left 2 messages asking if I could get a replacement or a refund but haven’t heard back yet. You have listed on your website that you will get back to me within 48 hours and that you also replace faulty pens. Can someone please get back to me ASAP? I would be interested in purchasing more product but I wont be doing that if you do not stand behind your products.

    Omg ! What can I say ? This is by far my Favourite strain from Toko SLIM . Its ideal on daytime and the sweety piny flavour cannot be missed. I highly recommand it and Its that good that im not going to order this one again… But the Toko sugar jack’s Refill Size from the Toko rechargeable Pen this time ! Higher price but what can we way with a quality like that ? Thumbs Up whitepalm and Toko

    The first time i ordered sugar jack, the pen worked flawlessly and i was very impressed. The last 2 times, i ordered 3 pens both times and both times the pens were completely clogged and leaking. Wasted $250 on this. Youve lost a customer wp, never purchasing toko pens again.

    Oils okay, pen design is poor.

    The oil in my pen leaked on the inside and made it next to impossible to inhale. Taste was alright, high was okay but short lived. Definitely won`t be purchasing again.
