It is set up well for checking out products; however, I am having difficulty in accessing my account or finding a means of communication with the company. I have been on here for 45 minutes this morning looking for a way to contact the company with some questions I have. I tried to email to an email address that was on one of the promo emails I received but I got a message back saying the email address does not exist. This is the only means I have found and I am unsure who actually receives this. Will it be just other members that see the comments or will someone from the company review them also. Sorry if this puts Whitepalm in a negative light, that certainly is not my intention – their product is top quality and the process of ordering and receiving my product was flawless. I love the promo emails that let me know what is new, what is back in stock. Just have a couple of questions.
