Recreational drug use is used to intentionally change one’s state of consciousness in order to produce feelings of elation. Although Recreational use of Cannabis products is not officially legal in Canada, some cities like Vancouver have a relaxed and legally gray stance on it. The current Canadian Government intends to legalize Recreational Marijuana in 2018.
