Trichomes

Trichomes are glands that produce resin on Cannabis plants. There are the part of the plant that carry the majority of cannabinoids (THC, CBD, etc.) and cover the plants major surfaces. Under a microscope, trichomes have an appearance similar to mushrooms; the head is most valuable and is frequently turned into a quality sieve or water hash.
