About the strain:
Kindle has provided a real GEM: OG Haze Landrace. A flashback to the 60’s and 70’s when all the weed was straight from Thailand, Columbia, or Mexico, and from time to time something from India showed up... Lucky for us, that is when all the mixing of these exotic varieties began, binding together characteristics from all these regions and many more to bring about some of the first production strains grown indoors.
The skunks and the hazes, then the kushes and the wild hybrids. We all have those old school varieties to thank for such a wide selection of amazing flowers available to us today. Our OG Haze Landrace is an LSO hybrid, but of several actual Landrace or Heirloom varietals that grow in the wild to this day.
The structure of this big and beautiful flower is airy and fluffy, definitely a traditional sativa characteristic. So for those of you that prefer a dense nug structure, you’re better off with something like the Reggaeton. The OOSL flower is more like the Congo, it sure fills up a container! Having said that, it tastes nothing like the Congo, I has its own uniqueness. Prepare your senses for both herbal and earthy expressions up front with hints of floral and fruit in the back. If you’re the type of person that can appreciate a good sativa, then this flower is probably worth trying out.
The appealing cannabinoid profile produces an easy going and mellow high, with the potential of a very mild psychedelic-inspired edge, you’ll have to be in the right space of course to experience this, but maybe a ganja yoga class would be appropriate. Remember, start with a smaller dose if you’re going to push your own boundaries with sativas. Where a heavy indica might send you crashing to the couch, this sativa might send you direct to the moon.
Great smoke for the daytime, or general anxiety and depression. Its a pleasure to smoke such a unique bouquet, and it’s probably a good high for activities that still require engagement.
If you’re looking for something you used to smoke 20-50 years ago, or you’re the progeny of such an individual, and then you’ve possibly heard the story of the incredible Sativas they used to score. Well, you’ll probably be reliving that moment from the past when you unpack your Organic Old School Landrace from Kindle Bloom.
